The details you provide are sent to the local authority or outreach service for the area in which you have seen the person, to help them find the individual and connect them to support.

Harlow Council's Severe Weather Provision is now in place for when conditions are especially bad. The Council provides emergency accommodation when temperatures are forecast to drop under 0 Degrees Celsius or below for three nights or more. This provision is reviewed on a daily basis.
